子宫动脉栓塞治疗难治性产后出血12例的临床分析

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>难治性产后出血(intractable postpartum hemorrhage,IPH)是指出血1000ml以上伴有低血容量表现,经药物治疗无好转的严重产后出血。以往对IPH患者多行血管结扎术和子宫切除术,给产妇带来巨大的生理和心理伤害。近年,子宫动脉栓塞术(uterine artery embolization,UAE)因具有微创、止血效果好、并发症少等优点,逐渐用于急症产科出血[2]。2005年7月至2012年7月我院采用UAE成功救治了12例IPH患者,现报道如下。
