摘要(Abstract)：

盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是影响中老年女性生活质量的常见疾病,其治疗方法包括手术治疗与保守治疗。近年来,盆底康复治疗作为保守治疗的方法,越来越多地被应用于临床,其效果逐渐被认可。本文就目前主要的盆底康复治疗手段进行论述,推荐采用联合治疗方案,如盆底肌肉生物反馈电刺激治疗。
