奥培米芬治疗绝经后外阴及阴道萎缩的meta分析Ospemifene used for the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women: a meta-analysis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:系统评价奥培米芬应用于绝经后外阴及阴道萎缩(VVA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:检索PubMed、Medline、Embase、CBM、万方、CNKI数据库中有关奥培米芬治疗绝经后外阴及阴道萎缩的随机对照试验(RCTs)。进行质量评价,应用STATA12.0软件对数据进行meta分析。结果:总共符合纳入标准的RCT有6项,包括2086例外阴及阴道萎缩患者。Meta分析结果显示,奥培米芬组比安慰剂组在阴道成熟指数、阴道p H值及最常见症状评分均有改善。安全性方面,奥培米芬增加子宫内膜厚度,但没有出现子宫内膜非典型增生及子宫内膜癌。结论:与安慰剂相比,奥培米芬可改善阴道环境,可作为VVA患者的治疗选择。
