摘要(Abstract)：

目的:研究NLRP3炎症小体与复发性流产(RSA)发生之间的相关性。方法:收集RSA患者和正常人工流产妇女的绒毛和蜕膜组织,实时荧光定量PCR、Western blot和免疫组化法检测各组织中蛋白表达。结果:绒毛及蜕膜组织中均可见NLRP3和IL-1β表达,绒毛组织中两者表达较为丰富且分布集中,主要分布于滋养细胞胞浆内;而蜕膜组织中两者表达较绒毛少且分布广泛,无明显特征性。与正常组相比,RSA组各组织中NLRP3和IL-1β基因及蛋白表达量显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与蜕膜组织相比,RSA组绒毛组织中NLRP3和IL-1β表达更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RSA患者绒毛组织中NLRP3炎症小体表达明显增加,绒毛滋养细胞可能通过NLRP3炎症小体参与RSA的发生与发展。
