摘要(Abstract)：

子宫内膜异位症(EMs)消耗了巨大的社会资源,相关非医疗性损失可能超过直接的医疗负担。诊治延误、疾病严重程度和患者个体因素是EMs经济负担重要的影响因素。目前EMs的经济学研究仍处于起步阶段,本文现将这方面的进展做一综述,有望为公共卫生政策和临床诊疗决策提供明晰有效的思路和选择。
