卵巢息肉样子宫内膜异位肿瘤1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1病例简介患者,女,32岁,主因"发现右侧卵巢囊肿1年,增大2月"于2013年12月25日收入我院。患者平素月经规律,G2P1,LMP 2013年10月17日。2012年6月患者曾因车祸行脾切除手术时,发现右侧卵巢有一直径约3cm的囊肿,因病情危重,未行处理。2013年8月19日超声检查示:子宫右后方见一约15.3cm×8.8cm×13.6cm大小的多房囊性包
