富血小板血浆宫腔灌注在薄型子宫内膜中治疗作用的meta分析Meta-analysis of platelet-rich plasma intrauterine perfusion for the treatment of thin endometrium

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究富血小板血浆(PRP)宫腔灌注对不孕女性子宫内膜厚度以及后续IVF助孕妊娠结局的影响。方法:通过Pubmed、web of science、知网和万方数据库进行检索,筛选2020年12月以前发表的关于PRP治疗薄型子宫内膜的所有文献,选取6篇文献共416例患者的数据,对治疗前后的子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率的数据使用Revman 5.3进行meta分析,并进一步行敏感性分析。结果:PRP宫腔灌注后子宫内膜的厚度明显高于对照组(MD=1.32,95%CI为0.84~1.79,P<0.00001),且后续IVF助孕临床妊娠率RPR组高于对照组(RR=1.84,95%CI为1.35~2.53,P=0.0001)。结论:PRP宫腔灌注对于促进不孕女性的薄型子宫内膜增厚、改善IVF临床妊娠结局有明显的效果。
