体外受精—胚胎移植与异位妊娠

摘要(Abstract)：
体外受精—胚胎移植（IVF-ET）的主要并发症为异位妊娠（EP）。IVF-ET所致EP高危因素主要是患者输卵管的病变。EP有多种表现形式。患者血β-hCG处于低水平且倍增时间延长是IVF-ET后EP的特征。不影响宫内胚胎的正常发育及保留生育机能是IVF-ET并发EP治疗的关键。
