摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解早期自然流产患者蜕膜DKK1的表达。方法:用半定量RT-PCR、荧光定量PCR、Western blot等方法检测早期自然流产患者(SA)和人工流产患者(AA)蜕膜DKK1表达水平。结果:半定量RT-PCR检测6例SA患者蜕膜组织DKK1mR-NA表达水平高于3例AA患者,荧光定量PCR检测14例SA患者蜕膜组织DKK1mRNA表达水平高于10例AA患者(P=0.004)。Western blot检测6例SA患者中2例DKK1强表达,2例DKK1弱表达,2例未检出,3例AA患者均未检出。结论:蜕膜组织中DKK1表达升高与早期自然流产有关。
