经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫病变的研究进展

摘要(Abstract)：
经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查（TV-CDS）是近年兴起的一种新的超声检查方法，它通过彩色血流显像（CFI）和脉冲多普勒血流速度频谱测定（PDU）技术，对子宫良、恶性病变包括子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌瘤、子宫肉瘤、子宫内膜癌、妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤及宫颈癌等有极重要的诊断及疗效监测价值。
