摘要(Abstract)：

<正>过去30年中,由于子宫颈癌筛查的广泛开展,美国子宫颈癌的发病率下降了50%以上,死亡率也随之同步下降。然而,在世界范围内,宫颈癌仍很常见,特别是在没有设立规范化宫颈癌筛查程序的国家。近年随着宫颈癌筛查技术和筛查结果管理建议的不断更新,以及根据不同年龄女性筛查利益和风险的平衡制定了分年龄的筛查方案,宫颈癌的筛查
