卵巢交界性肿瘤中ras P21蛋白的表达及其临床意义The expression of rasP21 protein in borderline ovarian tumor and its clinical significance

摘要(Abstract)：
目的：探讨rasP21蛋白在卵巢交界性肿瘤（OBT）中的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用免疫组织化学SP法对41份OBT中rasP21蛋白的表达进行检测，同时选取10份正常卵巢组织、20份卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤、24份卵巢上皮性癌标本作对照研究。结果：rasP21在OBT中的阳性表达率为43．9％，与正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤及卵巢癌相比，其阳性表达率及强度差异均有显著性，随着病变恶性程度提高，表达逐渐增强（P＜0．05），粘液性OBT与卵巢粘液性良性肿瘤及卵巢恶性肿瘤相比，阳性表达率及表达强度差异均有显著性（P＜0．05），而浆液性OBT与同种病理类型的其他卵巢肿瘤相比，未见上述结果。除rasP21的表达强度与OBT肿瘤大小有关外，其表达结果与OBT的其他临床病理因素均无关（P＞0．05）。结论：rasP21表达与OBT的发生有关，检测rasP21蛋白有助于粘液性OBT与其他卵巢粘液性肿瘤的鉴别。
