促性腺激素平抑因子(GnSAF)生理功能的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
早在1970年至1980年,已发现卵泡刺激素(FSH)可刺激卵巢产生一种降低垂体对促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)反应的物质,被命名为促性腺激素平抑因子(GnSAF)。但是GnSAF的临床特征、生物活性至今仍未达成共识。有学者发现,GnSAF的主要生理作用是抵抗雌激素,从而负反馈调节促黄体激素(LH)的分泌。GnSAF主要由小的生长卵泡产生,在月经周期的前半周期升高,排卵前下降。本文旨在介绍GnSAF的生理功能及其在月经周期中与体内多种激素的协同机制。
