摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着对围术期患者病理生理认识的深入以及外科理念的重大变革,一个全新的理念——快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)随之产生。FTS是1990年底丹麦医生Kehlet率先提出,并被应用于结直肠癌手术中。FTS以促进患者康复、降低手术应激和并发症发生率为目的,因而也被称为促进术后康复措施(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)。FTS改变了以往的围术期管理模式和处理准则,对麻醉、疼痛、外科手术方式和手术前后等环节进行优
