摘要(Abstract)：
<正>异位妊娠(EP)是妇产科常见的急腹症之一。近年其发病率有逐渐升高的趋势,由异位妊娠引起的死亡占妊娠相关死亡的9%～13%,因此,异位妊娠的早期诊断对降低死亡率和选择适当的治疗方法非常重要。目前诊断异位妊娠的方法日趋完善,但由于其早期临床症状和体征不典型,常规检查、尿HCG或血清β-HCG,只能确定妊娠,不能确定妊娠部
