摘要(Abstract)：

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种常见的内分泌代谢紊乱疾病,育龄期妇女发病率约10%[1]。不孕是育龄期患者就诊的主要原因,药物纠正排卵异常,最终获得成功生育的几率也很有限,且妊娠早期(妊娠前3个月)自然流产率高达30%～50%[2],更加大了治疗难度,严重影响着PCOS妇女的生活质量和身心健康。PCOS患者早期自然流产病因的研究,可有助于改善其妊娠结局。
