摘要(Abstract)：

阿司匹林具有抗血小板聚集、抗炎的作用。孕期使用小剂量阿司匹林可改善胎盘微循环,可预防胎盘浅着床时导致的一系列并发症或不良结局。目前国内外相关指南普遍推荐,小剂量阿司匹林用于预防或推迟子痫前期的发生,但其在死胎、胎儿生长受限、早产、早期自然流产等方面的应用目前尚无统一结论。本综述讨论了孕期应用小剂量阿司匹林的临床证据,并总结了国内外各指南孕期使用阿司匹林的推荐意见,以期为临床实践提供可靠的依据。
