摘要(Abstract)：

腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术作为保留子宫的一种微创手术,具有很多临床优势,但其术中术后并发症如出血、复发、粘连、中转开腹及对产科结局的影响目前尚有争议。腹腔镜技术熟练者可完成所有肌瘤切除术。术前准确评估,合理选择适应证及预处理,熟练掌握腹腔镜手术可减少并发症的发生。
