摘要(Abstract)：

生长抑素(SST)是人体内分布广泛的一种环状多肽类激素。研究表明,SST具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和促进肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用,且该作用主要由靶细胞表面的生长抑素受体(SSTR)介导。子宫内膜异位症(EM)在形态学上虽呈良性表现,但其临床行为却与恶性肿瘤相似,如种植、侵袭、远处转移等。在EM中开展有关生长抑素及其受体的研究,有利于促进生长抑素及其类似物在EM诊疗中的应用,为其诊疗打开新思路。
